Burger Planet- A Healthy Choice for Any Meal
GARY, INDIANA- Jayne Petersen is now a part of Burger Planet’s team for healthy eating and living. Burger Planet will soon be spotlighting Ms. Petersen at various locations around the country to help promote eating healthy and being active. Ms. Petersen said, "Burger Planet has been a leader in the Quick Service Restaurant industry in offering healthy menu choices. The company believes in encouraging customers to live healthier, active lifestyles and I have spent my life trying to teach women that lesson."
Aside from the infamous burger and fries that Burger Planet offers they have many healthy menu options that. Burger Planet has added a variety of fruit packages, different ordering options, gourmet salads, and the Smiley Meal- which includes ankle weights, fruit packages, and a white meat chicken entrée. Ms. Petersen will be working with Burger Planet’s chefs to ensure that the new options are as healthy as possible. James E. Muellenbach III, CEO, said “Burger Planet cares about its customers. Ms. Petersen’s list of events will include the kick-off ceremony on May 12 in Times Square in New York City. During the month of June Ms. Petersen will be traveling to various Burger Planet locations to advise customers and inform them about the nutritional packets. Ms. Petersen will then make seven mall appearances to meet and help customers. The first mall appearance will be at the Mall of America in Minnesota.
